salon policies

We greatly appreciate each and every one of you as clients and we value the relationships that we build in the salon. However, please understand that this is a small individual salon so when appointments are cancelled last minute or you are a no show, you are costing our business time and money. Below our different policies for different circumstances will be posted, please take note and be aware of each one of them:

ALL FIRST APPOINTMENTS HAVE TO BE BOOKED ONLINE WITH A DEBIT/CREDIT CARD. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Once you are an established client and we have your card on file, if you would like to book future appointments through the stylist directly rather than with our online booking, you are more than welcome to!

Cancellation/Rescheduling: We understand that life can be hectic, however, because we reserve time especially for you, we sincerely ask for at least 24 HOURS advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A 50% service fee will be charged for your cancellation & rescheduling within 24 hours to your appointment time.

No Shows: A no show client will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

15 Minutes: If a client is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be canceled and charged a $25 rescheduling fee.

3 Strikes: If a client shows up late or reschedules more than twice within a month, they will receive a strike. Once they have received 3 strikes they will be taken off my books for unreliability.

These policies allow us to have time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our schedule filled to better serve everyone. Thank you for viewing and supporting our policies!
